1. Contact Forms

Integrated into Zendesk. Creates a new ticket for each form submission.

2. Live Chat

Chat within the Agent Workspace. Qualified conversations are converted into tickets. The widget can be customised and trigger a chat based on site content.

4. Social Media

Create tickets based on comments on Facebook posts

5. Email

 

Emails are converted to tickets. 

Note: this email address needs to be dedicated to only Zendesk emails (e.g. not an admin@).
